We aim to deliver your corporate award or sports trophy within 5 working days, some orders however, may take up to 10 days depending on engraving requirements and the size of the order. If you have a specific date when you require your trophies please let us know so that we are able to deliver in time for that special event.
You can use the additional comments box on the engraving page or you can send us an email with delivery dates etc. If you have any doubts as to whether or not we are able to deliver on time for your presentation date, please contact us before placing your order.
We use a courier service and we also use royal mail depending on what best suits the order being despatched. Delivery times will vary and some orders may require a signature. Delivery is charged at two separate rates. Orders under £20 will be charged £5.99. All orders over £20 will be charged £7.99.
Europe and the Rest of the World
We are able to deliver Trophies and Awards to customers outside the UK but we do require you to contact us prior to placing your order.
