At Jaycee Trophies, we appreciate that not everyone has time to pop in to their local trophy shop and order and collect their trophies and awards. For this reason we now delivery all trophy orders direct to your door.
We aim to deliver your trophies and awards within 5 working days, some orders however, may take up to 10 days depending on trophy engraving requirements and the size of the order. If you have a specific date when you require your trophies please let us know so that we are able to deliver in time for that special event.
You can use the additional comments box on the engraving page or you can send us an email with delivery dates etc. If you have any doubts as to whether or not we are able to deliver on time for your presentation date, please contact us before placing your order.
We use a courier service and we also use royal mail depending on what best suits the order being despatched. Delivery times will vary and most orders will require a signature. Delivery is charged at two separate rates.
Orders under £20 will be charged £5.99
Orders over £20 will be charged £7.99
Orders over £200 are delivered within the UK completely FREE of charge
Europe and the Rest of the World
We are now able to deliver Trophies and Awards to customers outside the UK but we do have to charge more for this service due to the amount we get charged for this service.
We have set rates for Europe and the rest of the world as every order has a completely different weight and it would be impossible to take orders online and predict the cost for delivery. We therefore use the following structure for delivery of orders outside of the UK.
Orders to Europe will be charged £30
Orders to the Rest of the World will be charged £60
Please note that payment for orders outside of the uk must be paid in full before we despatch your order.
