Engraving

Ordering your trophies online is very simple as it allows you to give engraving instructions for each individual award. To make things even easier there is an 'Additional Comments' box on the engraving page so that you can supply us with any specific engraving information for your trophies/awards (e.g players name in capitals or center all text). If you don't require any specific engraving instructions please leave this box blank. Engraving layouts will be at the discretion of our skilled engravers unless otherwise stated.

Text Engraving

This allows you to add that suitable inscription to a specific corporate award or sports trophy. Carefully enter the text into the 'Text to be Engraved' box. The engraving page will automatically identify if there is more than one area that can be engraved for that particular trophy. We suggest that you always double check engraving details before proceeding.

Medal Engraving

Please note that the colours vary from medal to medal meaning that wording can some times stand out more on certain medals. If you are unsure as to how the engraving will look, we would be more than happy to provide you with a sample due to the fact that when items have been engraved we are unable to offer refunds.

Quantity

If you would like to order more than one of the same award or trophy, please change the quantity on the engraving page for that particular product. If ordering more than one, you will then be asked to indicate whether or not you would like the same engraving on each item. If all information is exactly the same on each trophy please click "Yes". If engraving text is different for each item (e.g different players name) please click "No". The total cost will be automatically calculated and shown on the 'view cart' page.

Glass Engraving

For Knighton Crystal and Jade Crystal, engraving is slightly different as it allows you to have a logo and/or text engraved onto the glass (please note that we are not able to engrave in colour). It is a step by step process where you simply choose your required logo option, followed by text engraving for that particular product. You will then be asked to insert any information relevant to the options you have chosen (i.e logo pattern number, text to be engraved).

Logo Engraving

As well as our own standard designs, we can also incorporate your own logo/club badge onto glass and crystal awards to reflect your own team/organisation. There is a one-off set up charge of £9.99 and all artwork must be provided in black and white. An option will appear on the engraving page when logo engraving is possible. If you would like to have a logo inserted onto something other than glass (i.e. tankards or salvers), this is also possible. Please contact us to discuss this option further.

Cost of Engraving

We feel that our engraving prices are extremely reasonable. The cost for engraving is dependant on the sports trophy or corporate award that you are engraving onto. Base plates and medals are based on quantity for the simple reason that they are easier to engrave and we aim to save you money where ever possible. All other engraving has to be charged per item due to the time that goes into engraving and the skill that is required. Please note that all engraving costs are charged at a set rate for each trophy/award. We do not charge per letter or per word. (If for example you require engraving on 4 medals, you will pay £1.20 in total).
