At Jaycee Trophies we offer a professional In-House engraving service so we do not have to rely on 3rd parties like many trophy shops. We have full control over all engraving which allows us to provide such low cost engraving and a speedy turn around. Our up to date computerised engraving machines have a variety of fonts and layout options and we are more than happy to offer any advice where necessary with regards to engraving layouts. Our experienced engravers have a keen eye for detail and we are extremly confident we will provide the perfect outcome for your engraved trophies.
What Qualifies for Free Engraving?
You may be wondering what trophies and awards qualify for free engraving. Im sure medals are pretty self explanitory. As for trophy plates, Free engraving applies to all trophies and awards that show a gold/silver plate on the award. Please see below an example of a medal (bottom left) and a trophy plate (bottom right):
We must stress that whilst offering free engraving on medals and trophy plates, we do not compromise on quality. All engraving is carried out in-house and to the highest standards.

Logo Engraving
As well as our own standard designs, we also specialise in corporate engraved trophies and awards where we incorporate your own logo/club badge onto glass and other awards to reflect your own team/organisation. There is a one-off set up charge of £9.99 for logos, this covers the set up costs and any re-design work. When set up you will not need to pay this fee again as we keep all logos on file. An option will appear on the engraving page when logo engraving is possible. For large orders you may find it easier to email us your requirements and we can then get back to you with a full quote. If you would like to have a logo inserted onto something other than glass (i.e. tankards or salvers), this is also possible. Please contact us to discuss this option further. |

Cost of Engraving
This year we are doing our absolute best to help our customers by offering FREE engraving on all trophy plates and medals. All other engraving is charged per item and the cost is dependant on the type of award (glass, cups etc) that you are engraving on to. For items where we do charge, these prices are still very low when compared to other trophy shops, especially high street retailers. Please note that all engraving costs are charged at a set rate for the quantity of each trophy/award. We do not charge per letter or per word.

Medal Engraving
Please note that the colours vary from medal to medal meaning that wording can some times stand out more on certain medals. If you are unsure as to how the engraving will look, we would be more than happy to provide you with a sample due to the fact that when items have been engraved we are unable to offer refunds.
