Why is my order not processing correctly? It won't take me to the hsbc payment gateway.
If you come across any problems when trying to submit your order, whether it be for football trophies, corporate awards, or a trophy of another kind, please contact us straight away by email or by telephone. We will then do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
How will I know if my trophies/corporate awards are in stock?
Stock levels change from day to day so we are unable to give stock information on the website. After placing your order we will get back to you asap if your chosen trophies or awards are out of stock. If you are unsure at all, one thing we do ask is that you contact us before placing your order so that we can confirm your products are in stock.
Do you except large orders of the same trophies/awards?
Yes we do, one thing we can't guarantee is that large numbers of the same trophy/award will always be in stock. For this reason we are more than happy for you to contact us prior to placing your order so that we can confirm whether or not we have your trophies/awards in stock at that particular time.
How can I order more than one of the same trophy/award?
Simply follow the order process as normal. When you get to the 'engraving page' and 'view cart' page there will be an option to change the quantity for each trophy/award.
How soon will I receive my trophies/awards?
We do prefer to work to your presentation date and have your order to you in plenty of time for that event. We aim to deliver all orders within ten days. Large orders requiring artwork or special engraving may be longer. If possible please email us your presentation date so that we can ensure that we get your order to you in time.
Where can I find your range of centres? All centres are listed in the medal section. You can see our whole range listed under medal centres.
Are you open at the weekend?
We are not in the office at the weekend but we are still able to take orders for your trophies or awards online and by email/fax. All queries will be answered when we arrive back in on Monday morning.
Where can I find your selection of standard logos for engraving?
We have a selection of standard logos for glass engraving. When you choose your trophies/awards, you will have an option that says ‘view patterns’ if it is relevant to that particular product. All available patterns can be seen there. Some patterns may be slightly different to the images shown online. The theme/sport will obviously be relevnt.
Do I have to pay online if I make an order?
If ordering online you are required to pay by credit card via our secure online payment system. If you would prefer to pay by cheque, you can do so by placing your order by telephone, fax, email or by post. You will receive an invoice and will then be required to send a cheque before your order is despatched. We can also take card payment over the phone.
Can I check the courier process of my order?
Yes. Please email us with any order enquiries and we will get back to you as soon as possible to let you know what stage your order is at.
How will I know when my order has been despatched?
You receive an email telling you when your order has been despatched.
How do I send my logo?
All artwork must be created in illustrator as a vector based image and sent as an EPS/AI file. It must be provided in black and white and sent as an email. Please contact us if you have any problems or you are unsure. Please note; We do not engrave in colour.
Can I have an estimate/quote for your trophies/awards?
Yes. We are more than happy to give you a free quote on your order. You will need to complete an order form (including all engraving details) and send it to us so that we can provide you with a total cost. Alternatively you can send your order by email and we will get back to you with a quote.
Can you supply trophies and awards with our logo on the centre?
Yes. We can produce a 1” / 2” special acrylic domed centre that we will supply and fit at a small charge. There will be a one-off origination charge aswell as the charge for each centre. New designs may take two weeks. You will need to contact us before placing your order so that we can talk you through the order process and provide you with a quote.
Where do I enter my engraving information?
When you choose a trophy/award and click on order, it will automatically ask you if you want to engrave the product or not. You then simply follow the instructions for that particular product.
What sports and pastimes do you supply for?
We supply a wide range of sports trophies, corporate awards and trophies for other pastimes, if they are not listed please don’t assume we don’t cater for you. We have a variety of ways to make awards specific to your sport or pastime. We have a variety of logos and centres that we can add to trophies/awards to make them sport specific. For other ideas please contact us and we will be more than happy to offer some advice.
Is V.A.T added to product prices?
Yes. V.A.T is already added so you don’t have to worry about any hidden costs.

Do you Deliver outside the UK? Yes. All orders outside the UK are delivered at cost. In these circumstances, you are required to contact us so that we can talk you through the order process and provide you with a quote.
What if I dont have the engraving details at the time of placing my order online?
If at this stage, you know that you would like your trophies/awards engraved but do not have the engraving details to hand, please go through the same process but leave the 'Text to be Engraved' box blank and type 'Engraving details to follow' in the 'Additional Comments' box. You will then need to contact us letting us know that you will send engraving instructions via email/fax, matching them with the correct product code. This way you can complete your order for trophies and awards as normal and pay for your products, thus avoiding any delay in the ordering process. |
