How to Order print out an order form here
At Jaycee we appreciate that each customer has different requirements. Whether its football trophies, golf trophies, glass trophies or an oscar trophy, We pride ourselves on being able to give our customers a personal service to suit specific requirements. Aswell as being able to order trophies online,we are able to take orders by fax, post, email and by telephone. Below are some basic guidleines that should help you when deiciding how to place your order.
 
  Online
  • Browse our site and choose your trophies and awards;
  • When you have selected your trophy/award, click on the 'order' icon and follow the simple engraving instructions;
  • Once you have completed engraving details, press 'proceed'. You can then either submit order  and proceed to checkout, or you can continue shopping;
  • When your order is complete, follow instructions to checkout;
  • Check through your order (quantity, size etc), ammend if necessary and then follow payment instructions. You will be taken to HSBC's secure online payment facility and then sent back to our website to confirm your order.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you when we have received your order.

 
 Post
 
  • View and print order form (see top of this page);                                          
  • Browse our extensive selection of awards and enter appropriate details onto the order form;
  • Make sure you carefully insert engraving details (matching them with appropriate product code) on the reverse of the order form and double check for accuracy;
  • When the order form is complete post it to us. Please ensure you include presentation date;
  • We will then contact you with order confirmation, along with an invoice including any charges for engraving and delivery.
  • You will then need to send payment in full.
  • When order is complete and payment is received we will deliver products to the address indicated on the order form.

HOW CAN I PAY? 
 
We accept payment from all major credit/debit cards via our secure online checkout system. To ensure all orders are completely secure, our system will move you directly to the HSBC website to insert your credit card details.  You will then need to return to the Jaycee Trophies website when the transaction is complete.  You must go back to our website after you have inserted payment details with hsbc, if you do not do so your order will not be fully completed. Orders by fax and by post require you to send a cheque made payable to 'Jaycee Trophies'.  We will let you know when you need to do this. We can also take orders by telephone where we can take card details at the same time if you prefer.
If you do have any problems when trying to pay for your order please let us know as we can take payment by card over the phone.

Helpful Tips when ordering your trophies and corporate awards
 
Always give yourself plenty of time to order and recieve your awards. More time equals right choice and no stress.
Try to have a budget in mind. Remember that engraving and delivery costs are not included in the cost of trophies and awards. You can adjust your shopping basket at any time so dont worry if you need to back track and make some adjustments to your order.
Try to have engraving details to hand. Your order process will be much faster if you have an idea of what engraving you want for each product.
Look for indications regarding the size of each award so that you have an idea of how big the award will be. Pictures can sometimes be misleading with reference to size so do try and look at the size indicators to avoid disappointment.
