Delivery Options
We offer Express Delivery and Standard Delivery.
- Express Delivery: Generally 3–4 working days from the date your order is placed.
- Standard Delivery: Generally 7–10 working days from the date your order is placed.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
Courier Service
All orders are sent using a secure, tracked and signed-for courier service with DPD.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming that it has been sent, along with tracking information.
DPD will then contact you on the morning of delivery with an estimated one-hour delivery time slot. You can use the DPD service to manage your delivery, including changing the delivery options if required. You may also be able to arrange for your parcel to be delivered to a local collection point if this is more convenient.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days wherever possible.
Small orders and one-off items are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days. However, larger or more complex orders may take longer and can require up to 10 working days to prepare before dispatch, depending on the size of the order, the engraving required and how busy we are.
For this reason, please allow the full estimated delivery time when placing your order.
Delivery Charges
Standard Delivery is now just £6.99.
Express Delivery: For orders under £75 we charge £12.99 for express delivery. For orders over £75 we charge £19.99.
This charge covers the courier service as well as the boxes and protective packaging we use to ensure your awards are packaged as securely as possible and reduce the risk of damage during transit.
We know nobody likes paying delivery charges, so we have reduced our postage and packaging cost to a flat rate of £6.99 for all standard delivery items.
Need Your Order by a Specific Date?
If you have a specific presentation or event date, please let us know when placing your order so we can do our best to ensure your trophies arrive in time.
You can add your required date using the Presentation Date box on the checkout page, or contact us by email with your required delivery date.
If you are unsure whether we can complete and deliver your order in time for your event, please contact us before placing your order. We will be happy to advise you.
Delivery is available Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.
Important Delivery Information
Please note: We do not guarantee delivery dates.
We always do our absolute best to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but once your parcel has been handed to the courier, delays can occasionally occur that are outside of our control.
You will always receive tracking information so that you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
While we cannot accept responsibility for courier delays or orders arriving after your event date, contacting us before placing your order with your required presentation date gives us the best opportunity to advise you on the most suitable delivery option.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is ONLY available from our Corby, Northamptonshire location: NN17 5WA.
Express Service
We now offer an express service for more urgent orders. Our standard delivery can be very quick but we always deal with orders in sequence of when they were placed with us online. Some orders take longer than others which is why the turn around time can vary. The express service essentially means that your order will be pushed to the front of the queue. We aim to dispatch express orders in 2-3 working days.
For orders under £75 we charge £12.99 for express delivery. For orders over £75 we charge £19.99 for express delivery.
IMPORTANT: This is not a guaranteed service, due to differences in orders (Quantity, engraving requirements etc) and possible courier delays. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 3 working days you will be notified.
Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight is available
We send orders to these areas but unfortunately we have to charge more for this service due to the prices charged by our couriers. Deliveries to these areas may also take an extra day or two.
Our rates for postage and packaging are based on prices charged by our independent couriers. We use a signed for courier service on 90% of orders as we always like to be able to track orders and ensure they are delivered next day when they leave us.
Delivery times will vary and most orders will require a signature. Delivery is charged as per the table below:
