Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders. The use of this website indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.


These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Purchase of goods from Jaycee Trophies is subject to these terms and conditions. By buying from us, you agree to the terms below in full.

Description of Goods

All images, sizes, descriptions, specifications and advertising on our website are as accurate as possible, for the purpose of giving a practical description of the goods. These are not to be assumed exact. Samples are available on request for a deposit which will be refunded on their return (postage costs are to buyers account). The intention of Jaycee Trophies is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the reliability, or the accuracy of the information contained on our website.

Cost of Goods

The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether the order has been confirmed, or not. We are entitled to adjust the prices online to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or due to an error on the price published for the goods. This can be amended after order confirmation should the cost increase to the business be deemed too much to absorb. We will inform you of the revised price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges will be displayed and payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrectly – be it description or price - due to a typographical error or error in information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price or based on the incorrect description, regardless of if an order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged we will cancel your order and immediately issue a full refund to your credit card account.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and contact phone number. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your card has been properly received.

Availability of Goods

All products and services are subject to availability. Not all stock levels are live and we cannot guarantee the supply of any product. Products may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason, we will not charge you for these and will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Delivery Charges

All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price of the products at our checkout and are dependant on the speed at which you require your order.

Express delivery is available, however “express” does not guarantee next day delivery, it simply means we will move your order to the top of the pile and make our best efforts to turn it around quicker than the standard delivery, which is normally within 3 to 5 working days (but large and more complex orders can take up to 10 days). Please state your presentation date when ordering via the drop down calendar on our website during the ordering process.

Delivery Times

All orders over £100 to the UK mainland are delivered FREE of charge. Charges may apply outside the UK mainland, and we will contact you prior to delivery to discuss this.

We endeavour to process and despatch all orders within 7 working days, however on a few occasions we may be unable to meet these timescales, especially if your engraving requirements are particularly complex. If this is the case, we will contact you in advance to advise you of the anticipated delivery date. If artwork is involved the 7 days quoted is from acceptance of the final proof.


From the time of despatch of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk.

Notification of Claims

Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be notified to us within 7 days from delivery.

Incorrect goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.

Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date.

Cancellation of Orders & Returned Goods

Where cancellation is requested prior to artwork approval (glass/wood/bottles) or engraving (plate engraving) - a re-stocking fee (up to 10% of the order value) may be applied. 

Orders that have artwork approved (glass/wood/bottles) will be chargeable up to the full amount.  

As goods are personalised, we cannot accept returns unless faulty.  If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us within 7 working days of receiving the goods and we will do our very best to assist,

Where goods are deemed faulty, and you wish to return these for credit or refund, please email us with images of the goods for review by our customer services team. It is your responsibility to return purchases in its original condition (in its original box and packaging). The return of goods is at customer cost unless faulty as per the statutory conditions of sale. Customers are responsible for the cost of return delivery and safe return of the goods - please keep proof of postage. 

We reserve the right to deduct any costs to replace damaged items from any refund or credit.
