Delivery & Click and Collect (from Corby only)

We send all orders using a signed for courier service courtesy of DPD. When the order leaves us, you will receive an email to say the order has been sent. We use a next day service. In the morning of delivery you will receive an email/text message notifying you of an hour time slot for delivery that day. This service allows you to interact and change delivery if needed. You can also opt for the package to be left at a local store for collection if easier.

The cost for delivery, also covers the boxes used to send the awards and also the packaging that we use to safely protect the awards the best we can to avoid damages.

Like every one, we hate having to add on charges for delivery but unfortunately we have to do this.

We aim to dispatch your order in 2/3 working days where ever possible but this can change due to the size of the order and how busy we are. Delivery on all orders will be within 3-10 working days. Small orders and one off items are usually dispatched in 2/3 working days. Larger or more complex orders however, may take up to working 10 days depending on trophy engraving requirements (such as glass), how busy we are and also the size of the order.

If you have a specific date when you require your trophies please let us know so that we are able to deliver in time for that special event. Standard delivery days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and Bank Holidays.

You can use the presentation date box on the checkout page to add this date or you can send us an email with delivery dates etc. If you have any doubts as to whether or not we are able to deliver on time for your presentation date, please contact us before placing your order.


IMPORTANT: We do not guarantee a delivery date for any order. We always do our absolute best to get orders out as quickly as possible but we can not be held responsible if the order does not arrive in time for your event.
There is always a possibility that the package can be delayed with the courier which is completely out of our hands but you will always receive tracking details to keep an eye on the order.

Express Service

We now offer an express service for more urgent orders. Our standard delivery can be very quick but we always deal with orders in sequence of when they were placed with us online. Some orders take longer than others which is why the turn around time can vary. The express service essentially means that your order will be pushed to the front of the queue. We aim to dispatch express orders in 2-3 working days.

For orders under £100 we charge £12.99 for express delivery. For orders over £100 we charge £19.99 for express delivery.

IMPORTANT: This is not a guaranteed service, due to differences in orders (Quantity, engraving requirements etc) and possible courier delays. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 3 working days you will be notified.

Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Republic of Ireland is currently unavailable.

We send orders to these areas but unfortunately we have to charge more for this service due to the prices charged by our couriers. Deliveries to these areas may also take an extra day or two.

Our rates for postage and packaging are based on prices charged by our independent couriers. We use a signed for courier service on 90% of orders as we always like to be able to track orders and ensure they are delivered next day when they leave us. We also use royal mail on some occasions if we feel it will get to you sooner or can fit through your letter box, avoiding a signature. Delivery times will vary and most orders will require a signature. Delivery is charged at two separate rates.
