Is V.A.T added to product prices?
Yes. V.A.T is already added so you dont have to worry about any hidden costs.
Can i order trophies and then collect direct from you?

Yes, no problem at all. At checkout, please choose 'click and collect' option.

When the order is complete we will contact you so that you can collect from us here in Corby (NN17 5WA).

What do i do if i am having problems placing an order online?
If you come across any problems when trying to submit your order please contact us straight away by email or by telephone. We will then do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
How will I know if the trophies I would like to order are in stock?
We now have a live stock feed online for the majority of products. This means it will show how many are in stock and also if the award is out of stock. If showing as out of stock you can always contact us to see if there is an expected date for when these are due back in.
Please note that these stock levels can never be 100% accurate.
Do you except large orders of the same trophies/awards?
Yes we do, no problem at all. If you have a tight deadline it may be worth emailing us first with your requirements so we can be sure we can get them to you on time.
How can I order more than one of the same trophy/award with different engraving?
Simply follow the instructions for each award. You will be asked how many you require (quantity) and you can type the quantity required in the appropriate box. It will then ask you if you require the same engraving on all items. If you click 'No' it will bring up extra engraving boxes to match the qty required.  This means you can add different engraving for multiple awards on the same page.
How soon will I receive my trophies/awards?
We aim to deliver all orders within 3 to 5 working days but large and more complex orders can take up to 10 days. If possible please email us your presentation date so that we can ensure that we get your order to you in time.
We now offer an express delivery service for those orders needed more urgently.
Where can I find your range of centres?
When you click on award. If it is applicable for adding a centre it will ask you if you would like to add a centre to suit sport/event. If you click 'yes' it will bring up all otpions.
Are you open at the weekend?
Our office is closed at the weekend but we are still able to take orders for your trophies or awards online. All queries will be answered when we arrive back in on Monday morning.
Do I have to pay online if I make an order?
If ordering online you are required to pay by credit card, or paypal via our secure online payment system. We have now added the option to pay by bank transfer. If you would prefer to pay by cheque, bank transfer or card over the phone, you can do so by placing your order by email and can then contacting us to make payment.
Can i order over the phone?
Unfortunately we are unable to take orders over the phone. We do not record telephone calls so to avoid errors we require orders to be placed on the website or by email if you are unable to order online.
This way we have official confirmation of all order details.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes. Please email us with any order enquiries stating your order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible to let you know what stage your order is at. You will recieve an automated email as soon as the email has been placed. You will then receive an email when your order has left us, along with tracking details.
How do I send my logo?
All artwork must be created as a vector based image and sent as an PNG/AI file. It must be provided in black and white and sent as an email. Please contact us if you have any problems or you are unsure. Please note; We do not engrave in colour.
Can I have an estimate/quote for your trophies/awards?
Yes. We are more than happy to give you a free quote on your order. You will need to supply us with product codes, quantities, sizes and engraving details if required, then send it to us so that we can provide you with a full quote. Alternative you can just add the awards to your basket online to give you a full cost with no obligation to buy.
Can you supply trophies and awards with our logo on the centre?

Where do I enter my engraving information?
When you choose a trophy/award and click on order, it will automatically ask you if you want to engrave the product or not. You then simply follow the instructions for that particular product and add all engraving instructions as require. It will also show any engraving prices.
What sports and pastimes do you supply for?
We supply a wide range of sports trophies, corporate awards and trophies for other pastimes, if they are not listed in the 'shop by sport' section please dont assume we dont cater for you. We have a variety of ways to make awards specific to your sport or pastime. We have a variety of logos and centres that we can add to trophies/awards to make them sport specific. For other ideas please contact us and we will be more than happy to offer some advice.
Do you offer Discounts?
We already keep the cost of awards as low as possible. We offer free postage and packaging on orders over £75. For large orders please contact us and we will let you know if we are able to reduce the price at all.
Do you Deliver outside the UK?
No, unfortunately we do not.
What if I dont have the engraving details at the time of placing my order online?
If at this stage, you know that you would like your trophies/awards engraved but do not have the engraving details to hand, please go through the same process but leave the Text to be Engraved box blank and type Engraving details to follow in the Additional Comments box. You will then need to contact us letting us know that you will send engraving instructions via email/fax, matching them with the correct product code. This way you can complete your order for trophies and awards as normal and pay for your products, thus avoiding any delay in the ordering process.
Do you engrave awards in house?
Yes, we engrave all awards in house. All trophy plates, medals, cups, shields and tankards etc are engraved on our computerised diamond engraver. All glass awards are engraved on our laser machine.
Do you provide proofs for awards prior to engraving?
We provide proofs for glass and crystal awards prior to engraving. We can provide proofs for most cups and shields where required but please ask prior to ordering if this is essential.
How do i know i am ordering the right size award?
All awards will show the size. We completely understand that sometimes it can be hard to judge the size of an award from an image online. We encourage customers to use a ruler and hold something physical in their hand to get a feel for the sizes shown online. All sizes shown will be from the bottom of the base to the highest point on the award.
